• Non-Custom Orders: We accept returns on non-custom wedding cards within 14 days of delivery. The cards must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Custom Orders: Custom wedding cards are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a defect or error on our part. We will work with you to correct any issues with the cards.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will work with you to either replace the item or issue a refund.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
